So there are two common ways I will be sourcing TF figures over here in Japan for people.
Method 1 : I will will dig up good deals on set price figures from big and small suppliers over here.
I will put feature these deals on this blog and/or a YouTube video. I will put in orders for customers to the supplier/seller here in Japan after I have received payment from the customer through PayPal. If stock of the item run out before my Japan side order processed then I immediately refund you.
Method 2 : I find good deals on Japanese toy fan auction sites and announce them here. Or alternatively you can ask me directly to dig up deals on a particular figure and quote your maximum price that you are willing to pay. The customer transfers their max amount to me by PayPal, and I start bidding on their behalf to win the item within that upper limit you specified. If the bidding on the auction site exceeds past your maximum specified amount, then I just drop out of the auction and refund your payment immediately. This 'second way' is probably for really keen collectors who really want to nab the figure they are after.
